Understanding sale and sharing

Our Privacy Policy states that we do not sell personal information. We do not exchange your personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions: certain disclosures for a commercial benefit can count as a sale, and sharing information for advertising based on activity across different businesses can be treated as sharing.

Our Privacy Policy describes disclosures to service providers and to analytics and advertising partners, with consent where required. This page provides a way to ask us to stop any covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising use that applies to your information.

Information and advertising

Information described in our Privacy Policy includes device and browser details, IP addresses, website activity and order information. Online identifiers and browsing activity can be involved when advertising and analytics technologies are used. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes for which information is handled and the types of recipients involved.

Send an opt-out request

Email support@nuores.com with the subject Privacy opt-out request. Tell us that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or its use for targeted advertising.

If you have used an email address with our store, include it so we can locate the relevant records. You do not need to create an account or place an order to make a request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents with an initial opt-out request.

What happens after you contact us

We will handle your request within the period required by applicable law. For an opt-out request, we will not ask for identity verification, although we may need limited information to identify the records to which the request relates. If clarification is needed, we will explain what we need and why.

An opt-out limits the covered advertising or data-disclosure activities. It does not prevent processing needed to complete your order, keep the store secure or meet legal obligations. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising a privacy right.

Other privacy choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. You can also adjust your browser's cookie settings. These actions have different effects from sending a sale-or-sharing opt-out request, so contact us directly if you want us to record that request.

You may also ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under the laws that apply to you. Different requirements may apply to those requests. If an authorised representative contacts us for you, we may ask for evidence of their authority.

Where this notice applies

The rights available depend on your location and the laws that apply to our business. Where applicable, this includes opt-out rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and similar privacy laws. This notice does not restrict any other rights you may have.
