Nuores respects copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to raise a concern about photographs, text, branding, product listings or other material appearing on nuores.com.
Intellectual property on our website
Rights in website content, product names, logos and designs remain with their respective owners. Before copying, republishing or commercially using material from this website, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless a licence or the law permits your use. A product listing does not transfer intellectual property rights to a visitor or purchaser.
Report a rights concern
Email support@nuores.com with the subject Intellectual property notice. Please identify the right you believe is affected and the specific material you want us to review.
For a copyright complaint, include:
- Your name and contact details, including an email address, postal address and telephone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work and a link to an original or other information that identifies it. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
- The exact URL of each page containing the material you are reporting, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the reported use is not permitted by the copyright owner, their representative or the law.
- Confirmation that the report is accurate and a declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are authorised to represent its owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
For a trademark or another type of intellectual property complaint, describe the right, the territory in which it is protected, your authority to act and why the identified material infringes it. Include any relevant registration details or supporting evidence available to you.
How we handle reports
We review reports and may request clarification or supporting information. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove, restrict or correct the material while reviewing the issue. We may share the relevant report and contact information with an affected contributor, supplier or service provider where needed to investigate or respond.
If you believe material was removed in error, contact us with the original page link, the report reference if available, and an explanation or evidence showing why the material may lawfully be used.
Formal DMCA notices and counter-notices
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Rights holders can also submit a formal copyright complaint through Shopify's copyright reporting form. The US Digital Millennium Copyright Act concerns copyright complaints; other rights may require a different reporting process.
When Shopify handles a formal notice, its requirements and procedures apply, including any counter-notice and restoration process. See Shopify's copyright notice guidance for the information required. Submitting a report to Nuores does not replace a notice that must be sent to a hosting provider under its own process.
Accurate reporting
Submit a complaint only if you own the relevant rights or have permission to act for the owner, and consider any lawful permission or exception that may apply. Knowingly misleading notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences.
