1. Overview

Welcome to Nuores ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom and Australia.

3. Products and pricing

  • We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Product prices are displayed in GBP (£) for the United Kingdom and AUD (A$) for Australia, according to the customer's selected market and include UK VAT and any applicable Australian GST. Shipping is free on all orders.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia, with an estimated total delivery time of 8–15 business days. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations

You can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to upload viruses or malicious code. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to or is licensed to Nuores and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (such as analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
